White paper from the Pepperdine School of Public Policy and Beacon Economics finding that industrial real estate supports roughly 1.45 million jobs and $196 billion in regional GDP across Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties — about one of every nine dollars produced in the four-county region — and warning that policies reducing industrial land capacity threaten long-term growth.
